We are recruiting for a Tech recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team

Profile Summary
We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes to help support our continued growth across the EMEA region. Our Human Resources team, based in London, is responsible for recruiting across all business areas for experienced hires through to junior talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build trusted client relationships and enable the business to identify and source talent for both standard and niche skills sets; spanning from entry level to mid level, technical roles creating a strong targeted pipeline of talent for the business.
- Ensure all vacancies are advertised on our careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Embrace our diversity and inclusion policies and practices in all elements of the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the HRBP team to influence offer package, providing supporting market data as required.
- Promote and embed our employee referral program.
- Identify opportunities and work to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitmentprocess.
- Participate in recruiting related and additional HR Projects / initiatives; share market intelligence with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers and remains abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in the local market.

Dual Hat

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities will straddle both Mizuho International (MHI) and Mizuho Bank (MHBK)
- Adhere to the Dual Hat Policies & Procedures which set out the permitted activities and ensure you conduct yourself accordingly, when acting in a dual hat capacity
- Responsibility for identifying and resolving where there may be a difference or conflict in needs, between MHI and MHBK, escalating where required

Dual Hat Authority
- Adhere to the Group’s Dual Hat Policies & Procedures, regulatory and compliance obligations and any other applicable policies made available to you, and as updated from time to time

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years Tech recruiting experience at junior to mid level roles, ideally with a combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
- Excellent knowledge of direct sourcing channels with strong competence using LinkedIn Recruiter and various data bases and talent acquisition systems.
- Experience managing the full hiring lifecycle including assessments and onboarding
- Financial services or professional services experience is preferred, along with experience of hiring within the Finance space.
- Results oriented and desire / ability to quickly learn systems and procedures.
- Experience in SuccessFactors, preferred but not essential.
- Degree educated or equivalent
