**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**FRONT OF HOUSE**

**JOB TITLE**:Front of House

HOURS: Part-Time (Up to 15 hours, ability to work early and late shifts)

This is a great opportunity for a passionate, friendly, and proactive person to join Core Connexion team as a front of house team member.

This role focuses on helping to ensure we are running an efficient operation and providing great customer services, that is synonymous with Core Connexion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for all our customers
- Provide outstanding in-person customer service
- Support customer check-in, upon entrance
- Talk confidently about Pilates and Core Connexion services and products
- Respond to customer questions, concerns and discrepancies - directing queries to relevant members of the team
- Update customers’ accounts if needed on Momence
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of reception, studio, toilet and other facilities
- Ability to work opening/closing/mid-day shifts
- Ability to tour members
- Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
- Aid instructors with other related tasks
- Monitor stock levels and undertake ordering
- Organise washing of studio cloths - drop off and collection
- Provide appropriate support to ensure Core Connexion is always health and safety compliant
- Represent the brand and its values at all times

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A great communication and relationship builder
- Keen to deliver an excellent experience for our customers
- Proactive and takes initiative - keen to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Some experience and/or confidence resolving facilities and maintenance issues
- Some experience and/or confidence with stock management
- Some knowledge about Pilates and it’s benefits.
- An interest in fitness and wellbeing
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional work schedule

SALARY

£12.50 p/h
