Football Scout

**PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS VOLUNTARY FOR A GRASSROUTE FOOTBALL CLUB**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Attend football matches to scout and evaluate players' performance
- Analyse player statistics and performance data
- Build relationships with players, coaches, and agents
- Manage social media platforms for scouting updates
- Communicate scouting reports effectively to the coaching staff
- Stay updated on industry trends and player developments

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in football scouting or related field
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes related to player recruitment
- Ability to effectively communicate scouting findings
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Experience with Workday or similar platforms

Pay: £0.01-£0.02 per year

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
