**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely procurement of Gutology products
- Utilise inventory management software to monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and maintain accurate records
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of our products and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations for process improvements
- Support finance with basic accounting i.e. reconciling on Xero
- Assisting customer service in busy periods or in cases of annual leave

**Key Skills**
- An analytical mind with strong maths skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proactive
- Able to pick up new systems quickly
- Efficient with keen attention to detail

**Experience**
- Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position is favourable but not essential
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, handling suppliers, purchasing
- Extensive experience in building strong relationships with external providers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
