Dan our Headteacher and his senior team are looking for awesome people to join them and right now are looking for Learning Mentors to make a difference to children with Autistic Spectrum Condition and social, emotional and mental health needs - giving them the opportunities they deserve is a job like no other.

You will also have the opportunity in our growing school to develop your career and we can train and support you to give you the skills and confidence so that one day you can become an Instructor or begin your teaching training.

Our Learning Mentors work alongside our Class Teachers, a bit like Teaching Assistants

It’s been quite the few years for us, not just for Louis; we moved into a brand new school building and continue to increase our staffing team to meet growing student numbers.

Louis has struggled to attend school for years. Thanks to his Learning Mentor, Louis developed ways of learning and emotional regulation, helping him to keep up with and exceed his peers. Louis is thriving right now, loving his Apprenticeship and positively engaging in his work experience with a local employer.

If successfully shortlisted the HR Department will also be conducting an individual online search including social media platforms of your ‘name, education and employment’, to demonstrate due diligence following the updated ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023' guidance. The search will not form part of the actual shortlisting process and any concerns arising from the search will be discussed directly with you.
