Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring sickness absence rates
- Assisting managers on recruitment and selection, preparing job descriptions and job adverts, shortlisting and arranging interviews
- Contribute to the Company Induction process in line with new starter commencement dates
- Ensuring all the relevant new starter paperwork is collated and carry out right to work checks
- Assisting in the preparation of contractual documentation in relation to new appointments, terminations and variations of employment
- Managing HR mailboxes (HR Admin / Careers)
- Maintaining staff schedules and holiday planner
- Maintaining and updating manual and electronic HR systems ensuring the accurate recording of information, and consistency between the systems
- Ensuring all benefits administration processes are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner. (healthcare/EAP)
- Preparing various HR reports
- Assisting with project administration (appraisals, recruitment, onboarding, training, IIP Surveys).

Skills & Experience
- 2 years Previous experience as an HR Administrator
- Awareness of Employment Law/ACAS Codes of Practice
- Effective HR administration skills
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practice
- Awareness of GDPR requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and maintains high level of confidentiality
- Able to work on own initiative and make decisions as appropriate to the role
