Machinist

**Your main duties will include**:

- Machining to close tolerances.
- Use manual lathe and Milling machines.
- Skilled in refurbishment of rotating assemblies inclusive of metal spraying and machining to tolerance.
- To keep the workshop a safe, clean and tidy place to work.
- Tool maker, produce own tooling for specific machining requirements.
- Welding advantage

**You will ideally have**:

- Qualification in machining.
- Full driving license
- Knowledge of waste water rotating equipment
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Can do attitude to solving engineering problems
- Work with a clean and tidy approach

**Information**:

- **Monday to Friday 7:30am-4pm**:

- **Week day OT paid at flat rate**:

- **Saturday Overtime paid at time and half**:

- **Interview will be required with a trades test included**:

- **£13 to £16 depending on experience**

**Salary**: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
