**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

I am working alongside a fantastic company that was established as a specialist company in 1997 to provide the means to enable the less able among us to remain in their own homes and still be able to have full use of both the bathroom and kitchen facilities, but also to provide a dwelling in which they are able to move about easily and have safe and convenient means to enter and exit their property.

The importance of safe and convenient access to the home cannot be understated, and as such they also specialise in the provision and installation of pre-manufactured metal ramp and platform systems or the construction of bespoke concrete ramping with platforms and hand railing as applicable.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (ESSENTIAL)**
- Thermostatic Electric showers (Plumbing only)_
- Thermostatic mixer showers_
- Wet floor tray formers in to timber & solid floors (excluding floor laying)_
- Grading & screeding of floors for shower area (excluding floor laying)_
- Low step in shower trays_
- Shower doors along with curtain rails._
- Waste pumps (plumbing only)_
- Washbasins_
- WC Suites_
- Re-siting of radiators (wet works only)_
- Reinforcing of partition walls_
- Grab rails and other assorted wall mounted rails._
- Reversing of internal doors._
- Boxing of pipework etc_
- Bond coat plastering._

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (NOT ESSENTIAL)**
- Laying of coved and flat vinyl safety flooring (Altro or similar) to timber & solid floors_
- Construction of non-load bearing partitioning and/or blocking up of internal door openings._
- Widening of internal door openings (load bearing and non-load bearing)_
- Installation of internal sliding doors including pelmet etc_
- Removal of non-load bearing walls._
- Finish coat plastering and skimming._
