We are currently seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Holdings Limited in Cumberland. This is a temporary position starting on March 13, 2024, with a shift from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring their health and well-being, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Your duties may include:

- Helping residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with meals and feeding
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Helping residents with mobility and exercises

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- A compassionate and caring attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Payment Information**:
The payment rate for this position is £149.94 per shift, paid through PAYE.
