We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and organised individual, with a commitment to excellent customer service, to join the Fees and Undergraduate Records Team as Registry Officer. You will have experience of working in higher education administration, preferably with expertise in fees and funding issues, as well as knowledge and understanding of the key HE issues affecting students across the sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic about the Unit’s desire to enhance our service to students.

We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and organised individual with a commitment to excellent student experience, to join us as a full-time Registry Officer leading the Fees and Undergraduate Records Team. With excellent numerical, analytical and organisational skills, you will have experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment, and will be committed to enhancing the Unit’s service to applicants, students, staff and external contacts. You will have experience of forward planning, strong interpersonal skills and a flexible approach, and will be committed to providing a high-quality service to all stakeholders. You will be skilled in interpreting, analysing and implementing policy and disseminating guidance and information to a wider audience.

This post will/may be primarily based at the Eden Campus at Guardbridge, a state-of-the-art working environment for professional services units.
