In summary you are responsible for forecasting and replenishment of all sku's to be consumed in the factory - raw materials ingredients, web/film, boxes, labels etc. ensuring 100% availability whilst keeping balances within stock policy.

Carroll's is the number 1 brand in the Republic of Ireland for Cooked Meats, Ready Mealsand Garlic Bread in their respective categories.

- Replenishment of all raw materials into Carroll's maintaining 100% availability to the factory at all times, whilst keeping balances in line with an agreed stock policy that you will help develop.
- Ownership of the MRP process that drives replenishment planning.
- Weekly communication of future deliveries to warehouse in a timely manner.
- Assist in supplier management/improvement in OTIF performance.
- Reviewing physical inventory adjustments with stock control colleague's. Identify root cause and permanent fixes to eliminate large variances.
- Weekly KPI reporting.
- CSL - Customer service level reporting
- Stock variance to policy - with trend.
- Stock adjustment summary
- Future supply issues and previous supplier service levels.
- Haulier spend (deliveries to customers) and OT (on time) service level.
- Vehicle fill (deliveries to customers) & capacity constraints.
- Rolling 3-6 month view of requirements. This will ensure sufficient availability of components required to fulfill the schedule and meet service targets.
- Raising of Non Stock PO's for day to day business services
- Data Admin and communication. Vendor/Supplier/Materials set-up, pricing adjustments, BOM change communication.
A minimum of 2 years' similar experience in an FMCG role - preferably food.
SAP experience an advantage but not necessary.
Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the business.
The capability to resolve relatively complex problems autonomously.
Examples of performing in a high-pressure environment.
Vision of the future and the determination to succeed.
**Qualifications**
Supply Chain or similar discipline is particularly desirable.
