**Location**:Based in Glasgow - hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in the office vs. home)

**Our Opportunity**

Thales Optronics and Missile Electronic (OME), a part of Thales Land and Air Systems have a really exciting opportunity for a Project Controller to join the team in Glasgow who provide continuous in-service support for all visual systems, sensors, periscopes and optronics masts for Customer equipment delivered to international locations.

You will be responsible for supporting high value critical projects within the OME business line.

The role requires someone with a confident, professional background across Project Management, who can help support the business as it evolves.

We are looking for a talented individual who can create and maintain integrated master schedules for assigned projects. You will lead on the production of the project reports and facilitate reviews in accordance with defined calendar for assigned projects.

You will also ensure governance, deployment & reporting of Risk & Opportunity Management on assigned projects and Facilitate independent or peer reviews on allocated projects.

**About you**:
You will have experience in Project Management Office or Project Management context, your extensive experience as a user of planning and scheduling tools will have covered fast paced and complex environments together with having Primavera P6 Software knowledge.

You will multi-task and prioritise without the requirement for regular direct supervision and have the ability to establish and meet deadlines.

You will possess the ability to analyse, interpret, present information and fluctuating priorities easily

You will be skilled in reporting and take a calm, logical approach when reacting to the challenges we face, have a keen eye for details and advanced organisational skills.

You will form strong relationships with the rest of the team quickly will be a key requirement of this role.
