**Nursery Practitioner**

I am seeking a multiple Nursery Practitioners to become a permanent member of staff within a lovely, nurturing Private Day Nursery.

The client is looking for multiple individuals who want to strive to the best of their ability, has excellent observational and planning skills as well as an organised approach with a professional attitude always willing to learn. We are looking for a passionate,caring and friendly team member who has a passion for children's learning and development to specialise in helping the clients ensure the daily routine of their nursery setting is being met whilst being part of a super friendly and warming team.

**Duties**:

- To plan and prepare activities relating to children's interests and abilities
- To work closely as a team, with an emphasis on promoting partnerships with parents
- To monitor and record each individual child's progress
- To monitor and support students within the setting
- To be a reflective practitioner having an input into quality improvement process
- Ready to feel loved every single day in this rewarding role
