**Purchasing Administrator**
- To ensure the raising of purchase orders are completed as per our company policy
- Processing daily purchase orders requests, ensuring authorisation is received and the order specification is correctly understood before raising orders
- GRN delivery notes on Sage
- Matching paperwork when invoices are received, ensuring prices etc are correct
- Coding purchase orders/invoices to the correct nominal code
- Stock control of consumables eg PPE, stationery
- Arranging plant hire for sites
- Completing in-house checks for all new suppliers and set up suppliers on Sage
- To ensure purchase systems records are accurate and maintained
- Assisting in the development and streamline the purchasing system (from purchase requisition to payment)

**Preferred Experience**
- Equivalent experience within a purchasing role, ideally within construction/manufacturing
- Prior experience on working with Sage Line 50 (purchasing systems)
- Strong Excel skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
