**Commercial Property Solicitor - Tadley**

Our well established client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 6 Years+ PQE to join their Tadley office and head up the Commercial Property Team.

This is a senior appointment with clear career and early partnership prospects for the right person. The salary and bonus arrangements commensurate with the role and experience.

The role would suit either full time office presence or hybrid working depending upon preference.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Ability to manage own caseload
- Qualified fee earner with significant experience in Commercial property
- Track record of developing and maintaining client relationships and willingness to engage with the wider community to develop business contacts and business relationships
- Ability to prioritise work, function efficiently under pressure and remain calm and professional
- Enthusiasm and a positive "can do" attitude, with a willingness to continue learning and development
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Duties include**:

- Undertaking a large and varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Being proactive with clients and build long term business relationships.
- Undertaking file reviews
- Property Finance
- Land Acquisition and disposals
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Management and property portfolios
- Secured Lending
- Commercial leases acting for both landlords and tenants
- Conditional Contracts
- Promotion and Option Agreements
- Overage
- All other general commercial property work required
