**Who are we looking for?**

We are in search of an inspirational Lead Therapy and Learning Support Assistant, who will be responsible for managing a team of therapy and learning support assistants based within our Skills for Life Faculty - working with learners with Special Educational Needs.

**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Delivery of Therapy programmes
- Devise and deliver enrichment activities which reflect individual learner needs and abilities and provide opportunities for social independence and personal development in line with EHCP outcomes.
- Preparation and delivery of lessons, under the guidance of teacher and cover planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
- Consulting regularly with every teaching assistant in a one-to-one setting.
- Provide support to students with complex learning difficulties, both in and out of classroom situation.

Experience of working with LLDD students with a SEN, adapting delivery and support to ensure the individual needs of the students are met are essential towards this role.

Holiday can be taken during term time and During holiday periods flexibility can be agreed with manager.

A DBS check will be required for this role.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£25,700.00 per year
