Are you highly organised? Are you interested in progressing your career in Human Resources?
We're looking for an HR enthusiast for a new Human Resources Assistant position with an Aerospace business. The HR Assistant requires strong administration skills to support all HR activities and recruitment within their dynamic business.
We are looking to employ an HR assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR assistant is expected to have superb organisational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with theability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Specific duties and responsibilities:

- Conduct the required checks for prior to on boarding to ensure compliance.
- Responsible for all HR administration and assist with recruitment including preparing variation letters, maintaining employee files, filing and maintaining the HR system
- Assist with probationary reviews, preparing and issuing outcome letters
- Assist with reference requests process (employment, bank, mortgage, visa).
- Support audits and regulatory requirements, when required.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings
- Support the implementation of new HR process/procedures.
- Support the Head of HR Operations and HR Advisor in the Induction on occasions with all new employees.
- Assist the HR Systems manager with data entry and administration support
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Human Resources Assistant must-haves:
BA/BSc in Human Resources Management and / or some relevant HR work experience
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Highly organised, proactive, able to take initiative and find solutions
Experience with Microsoft Office
