**Salary: £12,811 per annum (Full time equivalent £25,623 per annum)**

**About the role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who can support a dynamic and exciting project focused on increasing participation rates in Higher Education. The** **WIN HE Advisor will be based at our Trowbridge site, as part of the nationwide Office for Students (OfS) funded Uni Connect programme, aimed at students from specific postcodes and wards where HE participation is lower than expected.
**About you**
You will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the different pathways to Higher Education and have experience of advising and encouraging young people from disadvantaged areas to take up higher education.
