**We are looking for an exceptional Painter & Decorator to assume responsibility for the following**:
As part of the Repairs and Maintenance team you will be forward thinking and customer facing, delivering all aspects of decoration to a high standard within our occupied properties.

Ideally, you will also have the knowledge and skills to carry out small to medium Artex/ Plastering pre decoration repairs to our housing stock, have an excellent track record within the trade and be able to demonstrate good knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation.

Ideally you have NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent City &Guilds and experience within a Painting and Decorating maintenance role, preferably in social housing.

**When and where you'll be doing it**

You will enjoy a 40-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £28,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.

Golding Homes have properties throughout Maidstone and the surrounding area. This role will allow you to travel around our properties, meaning no two weeks will be the same What’s more, you'll become a permanent member of the Golding family, offering you real job security. You will benefit from regular working hours with the chance for overtime as required.
