**Primary Role**

To produce a variety of high-quality signs using print and sublimation processes. To follow the order process working to deadlines within the order process.

To use tools appropriate to sign making such as measuring tools, trimming tools and a roller.

Check and quality control all items to maintain the high standards of the products produced and report any problems.

Liaising with the production Manager to ensure that we can fulfil our orders to the customer’s delivery deadlines. Correctly packaging orders and ensuring they are inputted onto the correct transport manifest.

Ensuring that products are packaged correctly so they arrive with our customers in good condition for use.

**Required Skills**:

- A motivated, self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise and manage your own workload.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyse information.
- Deadline orientated to ensure that goods are dispatched within our customers’ expectations.
- Time management will be key to ensuring that your workload is correctly prioritised.
- Organisational skills; ensuring that the workshop is organised.
- Able to work in a calm and controlled manner when under strict deadlines.

**Duties**

Trim and prepare prints for laying

Prioritise orders

Operate the Rollsroller and hand lay signs

Organise & clean the workshop

Printing, We use Signlab, Versa work and Rastalink so some knowledge would be beneficial

Building and packing products such as lecterns and post mounted units

Check and quality control products for dispatch

Work to deadlines

**Hours of Work**

35 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
