**Self-employed drivers - we supply the van and fuel**

As a self-employed driver, we can offer you 5 working days. In return for effective customer service and safe driving, you will be able to earn a predictable income.

Experience is essential

**The role**
- Self-employed parcel delivery around the West Sussex/Hampshire area.
- Driving a modern (MANUAL transmission) van safely
- Routes are pre-planned and organised on a delivery app.

**Job Duties**:

- Loading the delivery vehicle from a staging area
- Adhere to all safety regulations on the road
- Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
- Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude
- Delivering parcels to residential and commercial locations daily
- Heavy lifting

**What we need**:

- Reliable, hard-working delivery drivers who can succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Energy and to be physically fit (able to use stairs easily)
- You MUST be over 21 for insurance purposes
- Safety shoes/boots required (provided)
- Must have held a UK or EU license for a minimum of 2 years.
- Have no more than 6 Points on your driving license (No DR, DD or IN endorsements)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on your own and in a team
- Pass a criminal record check, drug and alcohol test
- Can speak English

**What we offer**:

- Contracts on a self-employed basis
- £110 per day + £1 per stop over 110 stops
- We have advisers on hand to help you with registering for self-employment, and organising your tax and VAT.
- Paid training and continuous training provided
- Van, fuel costs and Insurance are all provided
- Safe working conditions
- Delivery vehicles with modern technology (e.g. GPS, AC) which make your workday easier
- Mobile device during work time in order to stay connected and provide advanced technology to navigate your routes efficiently and get delivery instructions from customers
- Daily interaction with customers
