Job Overview:
We are a small, independent, family run business with 3 boutiques in Cornwall.

As a small business each role is key to the success of our business and we always take the time and wait to make sure we get the right person. You will be working directly with the owner and will need to be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the people, product & sales.

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the boutique
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, represent business values, build rapport & loyalty with customer base.
- Processing deliveries, putting out new lines
- Maintain visual standards in keeping with the brand and ensure the store's presentation is impeccable

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to self motivate and work with initiative
- Excellent selling skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
