Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant opportunity in Beaconsfield
- Previous Accounts Payable experience is essential

**About Our Client**:
This is a temporary Accounts Payable role working for a large technology business in Beaconsfield.

This Accounts Payable position based in Beaconsfield, will involve the following responsibilities:

- Process all invoices
- Ensure that all subcontractor and supplier costs are recorded in a timely way and resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the initial contact point for colleagues and external parties resolving supplier queries and issues.
- Improving processes
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Checking supplier details
- Running CIS returns whilst checking sub-contractors certificates

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Demonstrable knowledge of accounting skills
- AP processing experience essential
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on their own initiative and be adaptable
- Analytic and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communicator and organisational skills with a diligent and committed attitude
- Good numeracy skills
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office packages in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of the English language
- Good attention to detail and proof-reading ability
