Nursery Room Leader

Following our recent successful Ofsted inspection, an opportunity has arisen to join the team at Mighty Oaks Day Nursery & Preschool due to accelerated expansion.

You must have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and be an organised individual with the enthusiasm and passion needed to work with young children and their families.

The nursery is open Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm and the successful individual will need to offer flexibility to meet the needs of the nursery.

The preferred qualities needed for this role are:

- Good team player (we are a very close knit team, often referring to ourselves as a family)
- Initiative
- Self-motivation
- A good understanding of child development and how to support children with differing needs
- A friendly, loving, approachable and warm manner
- Able to use a child centred teaching / learning approach
- IT literate

You will be contracted to work upto 40 hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours. The nursery is open for 51 weeks of the year.
