Sales Advisor

**The Company**:
Sephra is a leading Catering Equipment, Ingredient and Confectionery brand distributing to customers both throughout the UK and Internationally.

Supplying both directly, via Amazon, Online, and through an expanding network of Authorised Distributors. Selling to Retailers, Food Service Operators and Domestic customers in over 80 countries worldwide.

**The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor working on a permanent full-time basis, Monday to Friday (3.30 pm finish on Friday). You will be responsible for a range of Sales, Customer Service and Administrative tasks, including the following:

- Responding to inbound telephone, online webchat and telephone sales & customer service inquiries. (_FULL PRODUCT TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)._
- Processing of day-to-day sales orders on Netsuite ERP/ CRM system _(FULL SYSTEMS TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)._
- Respond to customer service issues with a high level of diplomacy, maintaining correspondence records using our ERP / CRM System.
- Liaising with our third-party logistics providers such as DPD, UPS and DHL.
- Basic fault finding and diagnosis of catering equipment and administration of return process with the repair centre (full training provided).

**Key Skills Required**:

- Sales, sales administration and customer services experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in working with multiple Amazon marketplaces, including Vendor, FBA and Seller Fulfilled, is desirable but not essential.
