- Answering telephone enquires and giving technical advice over the phone
- Process orders and arranging deliveries
- Regularly reporting on and analyzing store performance, and suggesting improvements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle orders

- E-Commerce selling experience
- Good communication skills and be fluent in English, speaking Chinese is preferable but not essential
