We are one of very few axe throwing venues in the area and are hugely popular.

**Requirements**:
MUST be available Saturdays, and Sundays.

One work reference would be preferable

Experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)

Main duties and responsibilities

Your responsibilities would include:
The running and managing of groups.

You will be responsible for ensuring that everyone who steps into the building has a great experience whether they are your designated group or not. We work as a team here and there is likely to be a cross over.

There may be times where you have a rowdy stag-do or a group of unsure work colleagues or even a group of excited 10-year-olds. It is your job to ensure that you create an appropriate atmosphere where everyone is safe and can have a laugh.

Every evening you will be required to make sure the building is set up ready for the next day, small jobs like sweeping the mats, tidying the lanes and locking away the axes are some of our close down jobs.

This is a job that requires patience and determination as well as a level head and great people skills.

We want someone who is charismatic and who can inspire others to learn the art of axe throwing.

We need someone who is consistent and can give 100% to every group they come across, putting their stamp on the session.

We need someone who can effectively time keep, sometimes groups struggle to find our venue so we try to be as flexible as possible, we need someone who can run a great session whilst keeping in line with the busy schedule.

We need someone who will vibe well with other people, create a good energy and will be hard working This is a fast-paced environment with no place for laziness.

**Job Type**: Part-time

6-7 hours per week to begin with is set to increase to 14/15 hours after training.

This is a Semi-Permenant job for a minimum of 40 Weeks with the potential to become Permenant, with opportunity for growth.

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.50 per hour
