Trainee Administrator

**Shift**:
- 08:30am to 17:00pm
- Monday to Friday
**Pay**:
- £20,000 to £22,000 per annum
**Duties Include**:
- Welcoming visits or clients and directing them to the relevant staff member
- Performing relevant duties when needed
- Maintaining the office, including office files, and other files related to the operation of the company.
- Ensuring office supplies are ordered and maintaining the maintenance of office facilities.
- You will be expected to perform tasks such as invoicing, answering the landline phone, and directing it to the relevant staff member.
**Requirements**:
- Holder of a Full UK Driving Licence
- Very good leadership, organisational and time management skills
- Customer services knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of some accounting procedures
- Proven experience in a related role such or other relevant position
- Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets, and specialised office management tools
- Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
