Floor Assistant

Rancheros is a 130-150 seat Brazilian inspired Rodizio Grill and has been open since May 2021. Our vision is simple. It is to provide exceptional quality meats served at the table accompanied by a salad bar equipped with dishes to please everyone.

We are looking to appoint multiple Floor Assistants to work under our General Manager to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with us from the moment they come through the door until the moment they leave. Floor Assistants along with all other Front of House Staff will play a pivotal role in the dining experience.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided. Outgoing, customer/solution focused attitudes are essential as is the ability to work as part of a large team to bring the best possible dining experience for our customers.

Keeping the Front of House clean and fit for purpose whilst ensuring that tables are cleared quickly and sanitized for the next guests.

Shift Pattern will include but will not be limited to; 1-2 shifts midweek (18:00-22:30), Friday & Saturday (18:00-22:30 or 18:30-23:00).

Weekend availability is an essential criteria to be met in your availability.

Travel too and from the restaurant is at your own making, suitable applicants must be able to get too and from the restaurant on their own.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: £4.81-£10.62 per hour
