Key responsibilities:

- Day to day management of the accounts inbox
- Generating wholesale daily invoices from sales orders
- Dealing with customer queries and taking card payments
- Preparing and posting parlour daily sales
- Processing purchase invoices
- Assist with month end accounts tasks
- Timesheet data input
- Answering telephone calls and taking sales orders when the sales team is busy
- Filing and general administration duties
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role
- Confident in using Sage Accounts and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Great communication skills required to work as part of a small team
- Have a positive, enthusiastic manner with strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
