**Role 1 - Experienced multi-trade carpenter**

**Role 2 - Experienced multi-trade plumber**

**Essential criteria**
- Fully qualified or time served carpenter or plumber with at least 5 years experience since qualifying
- High personal standards and quality workmanship
- Drivers licence
- Self starter and able to work on own intiative with mínimal supervision
- Own tools

**Desirable criteria**
- Gas safe for the plumbing role
- Experience of installing cubicle and washroom systems
- Experience of working in public sector commercial environments
- Able to install commercial vinyl flooring

**About**
- First Grade Projects are a specialist turnkey commercial fit out and building contractor.
- The positions are 40 hours per week with flexible timings to suit the project but our typical working day is from 8am to 4.30pm.
- Overtime and weekend working is available and may be required on an regular basis.
- We are based in Pontypridd but works are typically within South Wales.

**Key Duties**
- Working with existing team members to deliver a diverse range of high quality fit out and refurbishment projects covering all aspects to deliver a full turn-key service:

- Delivery of full range of fit out works for variety of installations - eg commercial washrooms, laboratories, education/health fit outs, residential bathrooms, kitchens etc

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Any building trades related qualifications and certificates are advantageous.
- Adhere to the company’s quality procedures in all aspects of the job.
- Act in a safe manner in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and requirements.
- Must be presentable due to works taking place at a range of professional client facilities including public buildings, hospitals, schools and prestigous offices.
- Must be punctual, polite and able work flexibly as part of our established team and have good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
