Position: Senior Practitioner - Out of School Club

Hours: - 18hrs term time and potentially full days over holidays and Inservice days

Location: - Lochee

**Salary**: - £13.52 per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

The Role

Lochee Out of School Care (SCIO) are looking for a fully qualified Senior Practitioner to join our team in supporting our Out of School Club daily between 2pm and 6pm.

Within the role you will work directly with your OOSC Committee and Manager to create a fun caring environment for your children.

in the role you will:

- Ensure the room provides the best possible experience for children.
- Ensure the club provides a caring and nurturing environment.
- Pro-actively plan and evaluate activities with colleagues.
- Ensure all documentation relating to children are up to date.
- Drive your own self development and continuous improvement.
- Work with staff to develop vision for club.

Working at Lochee Out of School care SCIO based in Balgarthno Campus and sometimes St Mary's Lochee.

Training opportunities (SVQ 4 to Childhood practice BA)

Who we are looking for

You must have;
- SQV 3, HNC or equivalent
- Experience working in a Out of School Club or Child-led environment.
