QA Inspector

An opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Assurance team, reporting to the QA Supervisor
The purpose of this role is to support and maintain Nova’s Quality Systems, principally the assessment of
incoming materials & components and control of master documentation. This includes:

- The assessment of incoming raw materials and components under Quarantine.
- QA oversight of commercial and clinical trial labelling operations.
- QA record review.
- Sampling of ingredients and components
- Receipting, inspection and releasing of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient),
- Review of batch documentation, Certificate of Analysis / Conformity (COA / COFCs), data logger data, stability data and coordinating with internal departments and suppliers / clients
- Initiation, review and management to close out of Change Controls, Deviations, Corrective and
Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Supplier Notifications (SN).
- Identifying and implementing improvement actions
- Supporting the Quality Assurance department with any other duties as required
- Experience of working in a highly regulated industry (e.g. Pharma, Healthcare, or Food).
- An appreciation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- The ability to strictly adhere to procedures and a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional and motivated to develop themselves to become an integral part of the team
- Willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Department.
