NHS Typist/Secretary

Our client requires a temporary Secretary to support the Care Groups and Typing Pool to provide an efficient, effective typing service to the Consultants and clinical teams.

Key tasks include:

- Audio type letters using Digital Dictation system (Bighand) to patients, GPs, medical staff and any other required addressee following clinic attendance and other patient contacts.
- Proof reading electronic system generated letters.
- Highlight any investigations, outpatient appointments, results that are pending and require action from the Specialty Co-ordinator.
- To use the patient administration system for updating and extracting patient information daily.***
