**About The Role**:

We have a great opportunity for a well-organised individual to provide support in our Revenues team who are responsible for the collection of Council Tax and liaising with our residents.

As part of a busy team, you’ll support the wider team of Revenues Officers by dealing with simple council tax queries and offering general advice to customers about payment options and council tax issues. You will also be taking payments over the phone and dealing with direct debits.

**About You**:
You’ll need to be able to work topersonal and team deadlines and targets. You’ll need to be accurate, productiveand demonstrate excellent customer care and ICT. Training will be provided inCouncil Tax and/or Business Rate legislation if you already excel at admin,customer care and ICT.
