This is an exciting time to be joining Merton Council as we embark on the delivery of our “Building a Better Merton together” vision, which was borne on the feedback obtained from residents in our largest resident consultation and the aspirations of our Leader Ross Garrod and his cabinet.
Our recent ED&I workforce survey has provided us with a wealth of intelligence that will lie at the very heart of enabling us to deliver our future strategic objectives.
We are also developing our vision for “how we ensure that Merton is a great place to work”, through Our People and Culture Plan where Equality, Diversity & Inclusion plays a critical role in this journey and has its own dedicated workstream, such is its importance.
