**The Role**

Lancing College are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic plumber to join the team. For this role you will be working in different environments including classrooms, boarding houses and outside. You will also be working on various tasks, we are looking for someone who is happy to take on all general plumbing tasks.

**Duties will include**:

- General plumbing tasks including hot & cold domestic supplies, drainage, general installation and routine flushing
- Reporting of health and safety issues
- Attend maintenance meeting and trainings when required
- Willingness to develop and maintain current knowledge
- Be open to taking on tasks requested by the property manager

**About you**
- NVQ level 2 plumbing, or equivalent
- Awareness of health and safety compliance
- Good understanding of basic maintenance and general building construction
- Full clean drivers licence
- Good time management
- Helpful and co-operative member of the team
- Responsible and trustworthy
