The role
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Cyber Threat Intelligence service operations in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence. Ensuring timely and accurate analysis to our customers
Lead and mentor a small team of CTI Analysts providing direction and prioritisation of workloads whilst providing support and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Identify and analyse emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
Produce detailed intelligence reports and briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g., SOC, incident response, IT) to integrate and enhance threat detection and response capabilities
Engage with external intelligence sharing communities and organizations to enhance the threat intelligence program.
Provide hands-on support, including incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability assessments to protect our customers
Utilise and continually evolve advanced threat intelligence tools, platforms and services to enhance analysis capabilities provided to our customers through their Security Services.
Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence methodologies, and threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Monitor the global threat landscape to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities relevant to the our customers.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or progression from other related cybersecurity roles.
In-depth knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, Diamond Model). High level of Proficiency in using Open Source and Vendor threat intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., ThreatConnect, Recorded Future, Searchlight Cyber, Dark owl).
Experience with threat hunting and incident response support activities.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences in multiple formats.
Relevant certifications (e.g., GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), EC Council Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), Crest CPTIA /CRTIA/CCTIM
