Title: Wet Trades Supervisor

Start Date: ASAP

Days Required: Monday - Friday

Job Duties:To assist the Repairs Manager in the general day to day operational activities of the trade team which you are assigned to. This would include assisting in the management, direction and planning of the trade team work portfolio, in close cooperationwith the Repairs Manager and Planner. This management team are responsible for managing the trade team workforce on a daily basis, with particular regard to service delivery, productivity, quality control, customer satisfaction, health and safety, cost control,attendance and general management responsibilities. Providing an effective repairs and maintenance service for the Department, and an effective and customer focused service to residents and members of the public, in accordance with Health & Safety regulationsand specialised legislation

Times: 8AM - 5PM ( TBC )

Location: Newham area

Pay rate: £21

Requirements: Relevant management / supervisory qualification
