Quality Control Supervisor

Walker Cole International is searching for a QC Supervisor to join a large pharmaceutical company based in Essex. As the QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Analysts and Technical Specialists within the QC Department.
Your responsibilities as the QC Supervisor will be:
- To provide line management and supervision for all technical team employees.
- Provide the wider QC group with training, motivation, and coaching to achieve effective performance standards and personal growth.
- Demonstrate competency in most test methods, analytical techniques, and product preparation methods relevant to the assigned role
- Utilise extensive experience with analytical techniques to develop analytical methods or modify existing ones within regulatory guidance
- Degree, Masters or PhD educated in life sciences.
- Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience.
- Quality Control leadership at Supervisor or Team Leader level.
