Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinics.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Social Media Coordinator
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for customer Enquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media Skills

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£11.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
