**Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of Talent Sourcer or similar experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing projects.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with [industry/sector] and its talent needs.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
