- Fri 9:00-17:00
- Salary band: 25k to 26k depending on experience.
- **Key responsibilities will include**:_
- Strive for Great Customer service every day.
- Provide the best customer service and journey at a high standard.
- Deal with any customer complaint to resolution.
- Liaise with Technical support teams. Booking calls.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, to arrange visits.
- Book appointments, remedial & revisit works.
- Work closely with manufacturers for solution & resolutions working in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records to maintain service support.
- **About you**:_
- Services Coordinator experience would be beneficial
- Microsoft Office package intermediate knowledge
- Must have a can-do attitude.
- Good communicator
- Take pride in the customer service journey.
- Team player can support & Guide.
- Excellent time management is required.
