Go Security are looking for Event security officers to work in Cambridshire area.

**Position Summary**:
We are currently hiring dedicated and professional Events Security Officers for the Cambridgeshire area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of high-profile events. As a representative of our company, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain a visible and friendly presence, and uphold professional standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-quality customer care and always look professional in your uniform.
- Monitor crowd safety to keep event attendees, staff, and performers secure.
- Observe and understand crowd behavior to detect and handle any potential issues.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
- Conduct body and bag searches following established guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with event teams, crowds, and artists.
- Stay vigilant and approachable, keeping an eye out for any suspicious activities.
- Be physically capable of standing for long periods.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid SIA DS (Door Supervision) Badge.
- Able to provide a 5-year work history that can be checked.
- Friendly and approachable with good interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills.

**Hours / Pay**:

- Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour
- Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday is required.
- Shifts will encompass a range of day, evening, and night schedules.
- Shift durations may vary from 7 to 12 hours per shift.

**Additional Details**:
More information regarding specific shift patterns will be discussed during the interview stage.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
