Overhead Linesperson

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

We are looking for fully authorised LE1 who will be responsible for the erection, maintenance and repair of both high and low voltage overhead lines (11KV and 33KV) in a safe and timely manner. Your key responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:

- Building new Overhead Lines
- Maintenance of Overhead Lines
- Refurbishment of existing Overhead Lines
- Fault finding
- Fault repair on Overhead Lines
- Completion of test certificates
- Complete Daily Risk Assessment
- Adhere to IQA, Client and DNO Safety Rules
- Follow IQA HSEQ Processes and Procedures
- Ensure Safety from the system for IQA personnel, members of the public and other companies
- Follow the Live Working Practices of DNO’s
- Highlight any issues which may affect compliance with the client/IQA HSEQ requirements or legislation
- Report of accidents, hazards and near misses
- Work within authorisation levels and never exceed them.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience as an overhead linesperson and linesman training in the last two years
- Fully authorised LE-1
- Full UK driving license
- Pole top rescue
- First aid training
- Desirable - WI-1 & DE-1
