Our client based in the heart of Hungerford is recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team on a temp to perm basis, this role is paying £12.00 per hour and working Thursday and Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Manages reception area and look after visitors
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Manage the refreshments for visitors including coffee machines, snacks and consumables.
- Approve and allocate meetings rooms as appropriate. Ensuring they are left clean and tidy for the next user and usage guidelines are met.
- Assists in planning and arranging catering for meetings
- Take the post on a daily basis, record special deliveries and make arrangements for parcels to be sent and collected.
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Raise purchase orders as required
