**Powder Coater - Immidiate Start**

Frontline Recruitment are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to work for our client based near Syston, Leicestershire.

£11.00-£11.50ph

Monday-Friday 0730-1600

Temp to Perm

**Duties of a Powder Coater**
- Read and understand specifications and drawings to determine coating requirements.
- Prepare parts for powder coating by performing tasks such as degreasing, sandblasting, and masking.
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment including guns, ovens, and dry-off ovens.
- Set up and adjust coating parameters to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Load and unload parts into powder coating equipment, ensuring even coverage.
- Monitor parts during coating process for defects or irregularities.
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and supplies.
- Clean and maintain work area.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
