Their focus is on creating nimble, flexible and cost-effective enterprise commerce solutions using Shopify Plus - the fastest growing enterprise e-commerce platform on the planet, whilst providing a multi-disciplinary eCommerce growth service.

In this role you’ll be working with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll own client relationships and drive data-driven digital strategy that enhances customer experiences. You’ll have a strong grasp of client data, business objectives, budgets, audience needs, industry trends and be able to identify opportunities for ecommerce growth.

**What will you be doing?**
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for setting the vision and roadmap aligned with our clients strategy that will drive customer and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with our Data and Analytics teams to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis into transformative digital solutions, CRO strategies and digital marketing efforts
- Be the expert for our clients’ onsite customer experience and conversion rate optimisation, responsible for creating and delivering the experimentation strategy and roadmap.
- Evaluating user experience off-and-on site, in order to identify opportunities for improvements and coming up with hypotheses for test designs.
- Effectively communicating with project stakeholders, managing client expectations and working with a project manager to report on budget and timeline.

- Consultative mindset in approach and execution to leading clients in their expansion domestically and internationally.
- Someone who's highly skilled at listening to a client’s technical requirements, establishing viability, and communicating accurately and clearly internally and with clients around the best way to progress a particular project.
- Exemplary client service skills, to all people, all of the time.
- The ability to take initiative, be proactive, anticipate and complete projects in a comprehensive manner while still remembering the details.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn, willingness to problem solve and willingness to step in to help others.
- An individual who sets an example of excellence and is available to oversee and support more junior colleagues.
- You'll be an industry-leading voice and seek to assist in creating case studies and content that demonstrates our strategic ability.

**Desirable but not essential**
- Experience at a large consultancy, agency or within an ecommerce business is a plus. Successful past experience leading similar strategy engagements required (preferably for at least 3 years).
