Join us as a Journey Transformation Lead
- We’ll look to you to lead on digital innovation and the continuous improvement of colleague journeys and processes
- You’ll own and deliver the approach and framework to measure, sustain and improve on the journeys and processes of your function from a colleague perspective
- Thrive in a role where you’ll be able to make an impact through your work and enhance your career profile as you lead PI planning in your function to define our priorities

**What you’ll do**:
Day-to-day, you’ll mange the function’s flight path, deliverables forum and programme governance and control, own the end-to-end HR global process inventory and documentation and lead and develop a small team that’s focused on processes, experience improvements and innovation.

Your top priorities will include:

- Challenging stakeholders to ensure that there’s a consistency across priority customer journeys
- Agreeing KPIs for journey performance across a balanced scorecard of financial, customer, risk and people measures
- Collaborating with the Customer Strategy & Insight team for external benchmarking and maximising automation opportunities
- Defining priorities by collaborating with HR end users, the Technology function, HR, the Centres of Excellence and our operational teams

**The skills you’ll need**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of designing and delivering customer-centric solutions, knowledge of HR policies and process development in a complex business structure and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Alongside this, you'll have experience of systems thinking, service design and transformation agility leadership and delivery. You'll also have strategic thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex and conflicting tasks and positions to make sure that they're effectively managed and communicated.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

- An understanding of design and delivery methodologies and frameworks, including Lean, Agile and customer-led designs
- The ability to use your initiative and creativity to steer the direction and development of a product range
- Experience in programme management, governance and control
- Knowledge of how to explain and present business ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
- Model office and experimentation experience
