An Agile Champion is a facilitator for Engineering teams, advocating, and executing Agile practices to support incremental delivery of prioritized work and value to end users. An Agile Champion works with the Product Owner and Engineering in adopting Agile principles and values, removing impediments, and supporting an environment of continuous improvement.

How will you make an impact in this role?
- Facilitate Agile events that help the Engineering team deliver value incrementally and iteratively
- Support the Program Increment (PI) execution through facilitating team level events and partners with the RTE
- Support the team in achieving the PI objectives
- Support Product Owners through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done and support writing user stories
- Support coordination across Team of Teams (Agile Release Train (ART)/Release Train Engineer (RTE))
- Support, monitor, and provide visibility around gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies
- Foster practices for identifying, tracking, discussing and resolving cross-team dependencies within the team, taking ownership of a dependency in some circumstances
- Manage and organize delivery effectiveness metrics to track progress and improvement over time

Minimum Qualifications:

- University Degree in technology related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated record of accomplishment of growing responsibility
- Ability to facilitate focused discussions to gain consensus
- Ability to deliver communications to leadership
- Ability to influence to drive continuous improvement of the delivery team
- Builds trust and relationship within the team
